I originally planned to take a blog vacation this week, as this Boomer is celebrating the anniversary of her birth in the 1950s. But I felt I really couldn’t go off without honoring one of the wonders of our childhood, who passed away on June 12 at the age of 89. That would be Don Herbert, aka Mr. Wizard.
